Sounds like BP meds may be too strong and thus your BP may be TOO low. Been there, done that.I got COPD, Apnea, and I am on BP medication. I stood up and immediately blacked out.

Well RC that is my magic anti-fall monitor hat. Sits on the back of my head to prevent me from doing the face plant. It starts to run like an airplane prop to bring me back up standing in the event I have it happening again. All us ol' farts need to get one don't ya think???? cr8crshr/tuckYikes, that's nasty and I'm glad you're ok. But, what are they going to do about that thing stuck in the top rear of your head?

I agree. I am so wanting to get off the BP meds it is driving me nuts. Right now my BP averages between 120 over 78 to 138 over 72. OK numbers but man I hate all drugs. Even those that are supposed to help so called medically. Working on it to do it naturally...cr8crshr/TuckUs old guys have to slow down just a bit because we don't bend like we use to. Part of aging being a little bit more careful on everything we do. At 71 I don't move like I did even 10-15 years ago. Hope all goes well for you.
Dennis that is my ugly swollen mug after the face plant. Plus I was real tired and run down the day I took those which was a week ago today. Thanks for the well wishes...cr8crshr/TuckAll the Best! Who the Hell is that in the picture?
Darius it would not surprise me. I got on the VA Burn Registry for the Bun Pits in that FOOKING desert and flying in the Oil Fields during GW One. Plus all the indiscretions of my youth as a former smoker, etc. Working a claim with the VA to get my COPD rated even though it isn't in my Medical records. Fighting for the cause and effect clause that they seem to ignore and keep declining. 34 years in the USAF and 27 1/2 as an aircrew Loadmaster does take its toll. I did some real harry **** in my career, exposed to so many toxic environments and regardless of what one might think it does have its effects. Thank God it hasn't effected my brain...I know that's a debatable topic for another post...unless my sense of humor and positive attitude are a result of it. Thanks for the well wishes my Friend...cr8crshr/TuckI hope it isn't all that straight DDT they made us close the planes and spray coming back in country.
Dammit Mario!!! How do you know about that stuff??? Supposed to be a secret. It's the Evanston thing don't ya know...cr8crshr/TuckYa Tuck, quit drinkin' that Evanston Moonshine!
Mike just plain ol' Smirnoff's Vodka with a twist of fresh Mandarin Orange and Seltzer H2O. Real low cal and no sugar. One Jigger of Vodka is all. I didn't even get a chance to finish it. Damn waste and definitely Alcohol Abuse...cr8crshr/TuckHope you feel better! Might need to get a lower proof libation!!!
That's my Kid Bro!!! He's the Baby...Gotta Love Him!!!cr8crshr/TuckI told him the next day that it's a little late for a Halloween costume.

Tuck keep after the VA, the gov't will stall&stall& try to wait you out.
Breathing is actually quite good. Both nostrils are clear enough to get good air intake. But there is some blockage due to the damage that once fixed will clear that up. My CPAP machine gives me a good push at nite with my nasal mask. It sits under the nose so I am not at all in any discomfort as my full mask is. Sleep really well actually and as long as I keep blowing the snot locker daily, I get rid of all the junk that accumulates because of the damage. Just one day at a time actually. Tomorrow is the full facial CT scan to see if there is further damage that the Xrays did not show. Then ENT to discuss what's next...cr8crshr/TuckHow's the breathing now, my friend?
