What was the part number for the super stock shocks (extra long) recommended by Chrysler to accompany the super stock leaf springs back in the day? Thank you.

No book to look at sorry, but I always thought it was Imperial,New Yorker shocks( inch or so longer?)

From the 1997 catalog, B body automatic #P4529515
Stick shift #P4529517 If you can find any.

Those are A body, so top bushing is different from the B.
Most were 3 maybe 4'' longer.
At one time Mr. Gasket/Moroso made extensions for the bottom shock mount.
Back in the 70's we would buy 69 to 72 Chrysler Imperial rears, they were the longest for a Chrysler product back then.

I can't say for sure that those are the shocks I bought 15 years ago. Ordered S/S springs and a set of extra length shocks from Mancini for my 65 Coronet, can't swear those are the same as I ordered. If he's makes a call to Mancini to find out.

Those shock extensions look ugly on bottom I put them on top, with folded edge toward shocks.
