You can pull it, but you may have to replace some panels. Might have to drill some welds and pull the pieces separately. I would rather try to pull and then replace the never to try to pull. Too many part swappers around anymore.
I would have it pulled first. It's surprising what a frame machine can pull out. After it's pulled then I would decide what to replace. I have a 69 dart that a had a similar hit and I didn't notice but the quarter was pushed into the door. I did end up putting a quarter skin on but the frame machine pulled the quarter in place which made it easier to replace the skin. The cost to pull the quarter was only a few hundred dollars.
Yeah I think I'll take it to the tech school near me (after I get the engine in it) and have them pull on it. They will do it for free.
As far as rust goes it's a Nevada car, there's only one rust spot on it and it happens to be on the opposite quarter.
