Some people feel different. I don’t feel that way. If it’s a very nice condition car with a very good condition running engine and it’s evident that a good amount of money has been spent on it. I’d take that deal a hundred times. It doesn’t make you feel any more important. If it’s for you, you have to be happy with it. You have to understand, if it weren’t a clone. It would be a 35-50k car. These cars are very expensive and valuable to a lot of people. And you won’t regret it for a second, if it’s a good car.Thank you all for your help, but honestly I thought 28 I for a good clone was a bit high. Am I wrong?
I think it’s a fair price. If everything minus the crossmember is very good. If not, it’s a 15 - 20k car. Crossmembers can be replaced. You can buy a brand new set of upper control arms for $90. Some things are expected, as long as it isn’t too many expensive issues. It would have to be very nice under the circumstances. 28k is fair for a excellent condition clone in my eyes. But, some cars have other aspects or features that increase or decrease value. Regardless of being a clone or not. If you want a non clone car that is in excellent condition. Add 7-20K.
