Our 73 charger has come a long way.

Sorry to hear you sold your Charger. But I know the extra money helps.

Thanks no i'll still be here we had not really gave much thought to sellin it but lately he has not had the funds to proceed [had some dental work bills] and he became slightly discouraged [financally] plus he works full time and college at night don't leave much time to do anything. Plus i have been having some arthritus issues preventing me from doing too much [its a chore just to make it thru work] thanks again and we won't be strangers!

I to am sorry to see you sell it being i like the body style as i do, Sometimes you cant refuse things when it works out that it helps in many ways.. I do hope you'll be able to grab another project that you like and get started, During all this and watching your progress with this Charger you sure proved your able to bring one back to its formal beauty! Good luck to you and your son... And i do agree with Roger, im glad you wont be leaving and i to really enjoyed watching your progress!

What a twist of fate...

I wish I had known you had 'glass fenders...did I?

I've been looking for good 72-74 fenders for quite a while.

I don't think i ever advertized them on this site if so it was long ago YY1. OTR it was not a money thing really my son was quite happy with the progress but he had decided that his education was more important right now and wanted to concentrate on that, the car is going to a young gun who will pick up where we left off and finish the car [he bought another recently that was really bad] and when they [he and his father] saw ours they were in awe and made my son an offer. I will still be on here checking for your build progress and keeping up with the B Body side, we will still be going to garlets every year we'll see ya'll there!!!

So if that guy came to look at the fenders, and then bought the car...then he doesn't need the fenders, right? :):)

Actually he had bought another one [a 71] that was really rusty i suppose the plan is to use the glass fenders and extra parts for that one and sell it off as a parts car or driver not sure, his son is gonna fix up ours for a driver/toy i guess. No he wants everything which is fine with me!!!
