Our new 4 legged family member.. he's a cutie!

Nice looking Pup Dev! You can expect 60 lbs on up. My DanaLoo hovers 65-70, but i watch how much i feed Her. If i let Her pig out, She puts on weight @ light speed.

Great looking pup. Congrats. Kids look happy, that's another plus.

 Nice puppy, congrats on filling the void. It will be good for your family to focus their love on a new addition.

Oh, and your arm is going to get good and strong as you throw a ball for them for hours . . . and hours . . . and they fetch it and want it thrown again ! ! !

Use to sit in my backyard and set up a bucket about 30 feet away - and try and throw a tennis ball into the bucket, if I missed, she'd return it . . . if I made it, she'd return it . . . ready to go again . . . LOL

That's why I would always use a tennis racket and send them far. Make them work for it :)

Didnt think about it but this could be a new helper for Ayla when she's practicing pitching or batting although we might be buying more balls lol.

Closest thing we have to a dog at the moment (other than Harley the cat). Doe had 2 babies in the neighbors backyard about 10 days ago.

The yotes have been getting most of the fawns around here. I think I'm gonna start calling them in for a permanent-nap.

Wonderful pic of a couple of lovely kids and their cute pup.

Yellow Labs are the BEST!!!! Get your family together and watch the movie "A Dog's Purpose". It is very appropriate at this point in your lives.

Great choice in a dog, they include extra hair to be shared equally among all family members. If the mom is eighty pounds, your male will be bigger. If he's an English Lab, his legs will be shorter than the American, and the chest will be wider. Ours got up to eighty pounds at one time, but we put him on a diet dry and canned foods. He lost ten pounds and has aways looked great. Ours was into frizzby, he was always was up to play, plus it's easier to throw IMHO. All in all, he will love everyone in the family, and will never break your heart.

He's a great looking pup Devlin
great choice of breeds, you won't be dissatisfied, great animals

congrats,
I am a tad bit partial to labs myself, my 5th
