Package tray, rear speaker cover...thing lol

Really dumb question guys,
i need a rear package tray for a 67 b-body, I've checked all the usual restoration parts places and am coming up empty, is this not being reproduced yet?
is it something you can make or something I'll have to get from a doner car?
is it called something other than "package tray" ?

Classic industries has them, package tray. About $15 shipping. Year 1 shipping over $100, they say it's oversize. Got mine from Classic.

I just need the "cover" part that lays over the metal "frame"(?) between the backseat and rear window.

Then you need the cardboard tray and the Jute padding.

Does anyone sell a complete package tray kit?

scrolling around some of the links,
I'm noticing a package tray for shoulder harness?
im assuming for shoulder belts?
I didn't know that was an option, anyone have a pic handy?
