Painless my arse!

By the way. That's a rallye style lay-out, in a non-rallye dash frame. Notice we kept the switches in thier original non-rallye dash position. Once the template was made, it was a pretty simple installation.

Thanks for the props. It's becoming a rewarding experience. Started this project last April. Should be in the road by this April. And yes, that's Carbon Fiber. It was that or brushed aluminum. I think I made the choice

how hard is that carbon fiber to work with? could you make bezels with it??

I like carbon fiber. But I also like "engine-turned aluminum"
Easy to do with just a drill press and a wooden dowel. "How-to's" are all over you-tube.

Now that I'm hooked into this hobby again, perhaps once I acquire my house/garages, a '68 charger will be in the works. That was my first car in 1978.

I tried so hard to find those sealed beamed Lucas green high beams BEFORE the Green Hornet movie came out. My efforts were to no avail, so I went with the HID upgrades on my car.

Did you install relays in those lights?

Yeah I did. Had to cut the headlights buckets just a bit as well. The transformers fit nicely behind the lights on the radiator support. Also wired the two outer most gauges so as they'll blink, (they light up sublime green) serving as my flashers.

Went to go drop the motor in today, was just too beautiful of a day. Just mocked up the Ron Davis radiator. What a beautiful product he puts out
