Rust thru if present is likely to be along the bottom edge. Hard to tell from the picts if that is the case.
Absent of any rust there, and it looks usable to me..

Guy is supposed to come get it,told him 300 if he takes it out.If he doesn’t come through,I will let you know. It’s a 2:94 sure grip according to fender tag.
