Parts ruined in shipping, FBBO Member refuses refund.

I know u loose tracking when u guys ship to Canada, but I was told that we don’t loose tracking when we ship down there. I’ve never had anything lost or damaged thank god. I insure everything for the price it is worth. I don’t want to be out the price of the part, nor do I want my fellow member to be out of pocket. I always over package everything. I would rather be out a few bucks on shipping than lots out on a deal gone bad. I had 1 package from an eBay seller never show up. It made it to the border then got lost. Or so they say. Never got anything out of anybody. If it doesn’t show up, it’s up to the seller to make the claim as their the person that insured it. Kim

And yes, as you guessed it, no funds ever showed up.
Just another Scumbag trick used by shady Vendors when they steadfastly refuse to refund you money no matter what the situation. :hifu:

Just saw this. Partsmonsta conveniently omits a few facts. Firstly there has never been any proof that the package was destroyed. It reached a certain point and disappeared.I worked in a warehouse and know how to package items. He demanded a refund within days of telling me of the missing item. FedEx hadn't told me of the items status so I can't give a refund. After a few days I agree the item is lost and tell him I will refund his money in a couple of days. He agrees and then files a claim with PayPal, and lies about it. Had he not pulled that stunt he would've had his refund 2 weeks ago So I've been waiting to see if PayPal issues him a refund. It appears they won't.

you claim its the guy who so far is out the parts and his insurance wont cover him so now hes in a deep hole and he got banned too.
he lost on all fronts,period...and this Was a guy who was an Asset to the community.
meanwhile,its Your actions that Caused this all to happen.
you are a supposed vendor and yet you deliberately filed falsely.
you filed a false claim w paypal and farked the entire thing up,and now noones getting paid and yet you still have the sack to post here like you are the victim??
you couldnt even tell the Truth about the Parts Getting to your House.
im surprised anyone here believes a word you say now.

Sounds like buyer made a mistake saying the part was ruined. I dont understand that...Sounds like buyer jumped the gun and tried to recover his lost money through pay pal. Either way from what the buyer says, the way I read it is he sent a former member here a nice amount of money and as of tonight is still out the money and the part and thats the bottom line. Why did the site administer ban the seller?

Did anyone find the part was it stuck in customers or was the part never sent or better yet did he get the part and still wanted his money back. Did the seller get the money or loose that also. Do I understand why if he never got the part how does he know it was damaged and did insurance cover it or no insurance. But you new to cover it as coming across the border anything can happen. Or was it covered and he never got the part but got the insurance and still needs his money back. I don't see any responses from the seller so is there a problem there. The admin have taken steps to help all of us you have the right to vote or give them a grade from zero to one hundred if you follow how to do it. Maybe we shouldn't be involved with this seeing how it was between two people that made a deal. Again admin has given us PM's to work with so should that not be how they should handle it. Instead of main steam then make a grade on his board 1to 100 good or bad. Or maybe I'm just full of **** and should stay out of it.
