Hello, I search a A855 transmission from Passon Performance.
Don’t they sell anymore?

Best regards
Willi

I hear there was a recent article, by Mr Passion, about the difficulties he encountered. No longer made, maybe.

Yeah, there was an article in the last issue of MCG with Jamie explaning why he was washing his hands of everything to do with the A855. I surely wouldn't be buying one from who is now selling them.

Recall what you said.
Problems with quality control & availability…
No more ….. great idea …… unfortunate result …..
Probably insufficient demand for a cost & labor intensive product…. IMO only….
That’s Why The 5 & 6 speeds cost what they do !
No doubt a delightful experience rowing through the gears ….. but $$$$$

Mopar2ya!

Changed to General Discussion, as the item is no longer for sale by Vendor - and this allows OP to ask questions and get frank answers.

Even if there wasn't all the "history" with it, the new mass produced tkx would have seriously ate into new sales I would think.

$6k was the last price I saw on the 855. Way too much.

Whom would that be?
I already threw away the magazine, and can't remember the guys name. But it was Jamies original partner when he started making the 855's and needed financial backing. I'm sure someone around here has the article and can post up the info.

I talked to John Huff (look up on FB) out of Wyoming and understand he was a financially invested partner and in charge of QA. He told me Jamie would ship the 855's to him, he would install and drive around with each transmission to make sure they were good then ship them out. A friend of mine bought two a few years back and loves them. The last price I saw on the was over $7k.
