Need some more help guys....

I've seen this same subject come up before, but the FBBO search button must have a broken Radar or something.

Looking for the hole location on the right lower fender for the pentastar emblem on my 69'?

Any idea's on the hole Diameter? 1/8"?

Thanks fella's!

memory is blurry but i think 5 1/4 x 7 1/4..not sure about hole size. measure the emblem stud?

I wasnt sure exactly, been awhile since ive done it.. So after looking around , I found a source saying 5 1/2 by 7 1/16. I was close.

I take it 5 1/2" up from the bottom? When I measure up 7 1/16" from the bottom, it ends up pretty much on the bottom body line

I was thinking there was 2 holes... ? like a big & little sort of thing? Isn't there a main retaining stud and a small alignment pin on the back of the star??

maybe the "ole timers" dun got my brain, i dunno.

I can measure mine if you want prop.

There are two holes - one for the stud that has the speed nut and a second smaller hole for the locating pin to keep it from rotating.

I can try to get a pic for you tonight off my original RR fender.

yes, two holes . dimensions are for the main mounting stud. not the alignment pin
