Try a place called vintage power wagons, they are on the interweb and not hard to find, the flat fender powerwagon cabs were based on the 39 cab, if that one will work you are in luck as I am pretty sure that you can obtain one from them. Dave.

I've contacted VPW a few times looking for
various parts, and a window regulator in
particular. No gots.
I was finally able to locate one just recently
from RegulatorRoy. (per a fbbo members
suggestion). It's kinda pricey but it seems
these regulators are getting scarce.
Especially the driver's side.
I debated going with power windows but
didn't want to run wiring thru the door and
"A" pillar.
