Personal Favourite '74-79 Mopars

My first car was '76 Charger. But that '76 still holds the place in my life as my first car.

Exactly the same for me...I miss the ole girl

For B Body as most will say the RRs. As a Cordoba owner though I like the Dobas(75-77) and Chargers(74-78) especially 300s and Daytonas. Could you get a 300 or Daytona with t-tops. I really like the louvered and triple opera windows for Chargers. Magnums are cool too. I've seen some nice Aspens and Volares. For Mopars in general though will give nod a 74 Cuda or Challenger though of course.

I can see where someone may get confused with this thread. The header says personal favorite 74-79 mopars. I posted a c-body, oops! Try and be a little easy on a guy. Will ya?

I thought I was. After all, it is a B body forum with a thread titled Personal Favourite '74-79 Mopars which could include E-bodies, but in a B body forum?

So, I figured, I'd point the way on over to the Ebodu forum.

I'd say the 74 was a mistype also, should be 75-79 not 74-79. 74's are still in the "look
like a muscle car" cars years of 72-74. 1975-79 are the forgotten Mopars that have a
look all to them selves and do not emulate the early look of the late 60's and early 70's.

But yeah, a Challanger is clearly not a B body?

Very interesting reading. I will have to say that I am partial to the Cordoba as I have had 3 already and as anyone would know you can free up alot of horsepower from the 360 engine also the Cordoba could be had with a slant 6 ( only heard of never seen ) to a police 400, T-tops, and many other options as well. Personally I always liked the long hood and short rear deck combination and the attitude that came from these cars

well my vote is the '78 cordobas and furies I love the quad headlight set up I also love the magnums oh and magnumgt that car is stunning

I may be selling or parting out my Black Magnum GT? The red interior is
almost perfect! I don't have the money and would like to put my Triple Black
XE back on the road again. PM me for parts list or if you might like this car.
Hate to part it out but, it's worth more that way. Just putting it here as a
feeler until I deside to post it in the classifieds here and elseware? [PICS]

He he he, I stuffed a '78 Cordobas 400 P code engine in my Magnum. About the best you could do back then.
I'll be moving that engine into a 71 Duster later this summer.
