How much rust is in the rest of the car? Is the front end pretty clean? If its just the trunk, rear rails, and quarters I don't think you'd have to worry about spending an arm and a leg on it. Granted it isnt going to be a free restoration but heck throw a few parts at it and drive it like it is for the next 10 years!

All floors, 1 rail for sure, quarters/extensions, front fenders aren`t real good, sail panels, around the back window, a little spot on the roof, a spod behind the hood hinge. Sucks too, I like the car.

Not many people can say their everyday car is a old beater turd 69 Charger and not really give a rats *** about it....Almost makes it worth it right there.
