Well guys I have been spending a lot of time on the coronet lately since work has been slow. I have made up my mind that I am going to build a 543 stroker for the old girl. My question is what would be good to look for as far as a core builder? Obviously for the most part, all I need is a block as the vast majority of it is going to be aftermarket but it would be nice to get brackets and such as I didnt get an engine with the car. Are all the 440 blocks throughout the years created equal or were there stronger castings and such? Just looking for some input and would much appreciate it! Thanks for the help and keeping me in the right direction. Im hoping to get the car sent off to the builder to get the mini tub, cage and body work done this spring. Then we can start doing the fun stuff!
