My first car-race car I bought (1968) for $25, 55 210 sedan 265 3 speed Foxcraft shifter in the floor, rip and tuck interior gray primer. Had some 7” cheater slicks out back, one legged rear. Can’t remember what it ran but a wonder we still have feet and legs dumping the clutch. Didn’t adjust the valves to good and they ticked, tech guy stuck us in E/Modified lol, made us coolI had a 57 Chevy 210, bought in HS, and spent my $ right.
GM 350 HO crate engine, junkyard Muncie with clutch/bell, factory posi, traction bars, headers, just the basics.
No interior except the original back seat and I found buckets out of a 62 Jetfire for $5.
Everything else was bone stock/as-is.
Cheapest wheels I could get, some liked, some hated, but it wasn't their $ and I had little.
This car was fast, fun, and did crazy burnouts. Those Dunlaps were made of granite or something cause they wouldn't wear at all.
So many burnouts.

From the construction, can you tell he was a prison guard?!! His wife was bi-polar and barren, couldn't accept the fact that the "kids" next door owned their own house, had classic cars and three kids at the age of 24!
