Is that an Ohio plate?

That could be my friends car.

He bought a 318 70 Challenger that was plum crazy with white interior and white vinyl top from the factory.
He hated the colors and had it painted blue and a new black top and black interior installed.

Funny, he later bought a lemon twist Duster and hated that color.
What color did he paint that?
Plum crazy!
