That would be Delhi, Ontario, Canada, about 40 miles from me. I recall a couple of different guys wheeling and dealing cars in the Delhi area back in the '80's. I think the one guy built more SS Chevelles than GM did. It would be interesting to know where this car came from and ended up. VIN is in the ad, if someone has kept a list of known Hemi cars.
