Date coded Police wheels painted gloss black with urethane clear coat and stainless center caps. It has 7" front rims and rears are widened to 8 1/2"

Anybody know who can take the 17" aluminum Rallye wheels and widen them?
I am dead set on getting a pair done if that service is available. They are 9" wide as they come.
