"Please S T O P saying this" thread.

Surely it has been covered but....

* No low ballers. I know what I have.
* If it doesn't sell, I'm going to crush it.

I was out in the field whipping shitties. (Whipping what??)
I know a dude that uses "blah, blah, blah" as a shortcut for telling stories and he uses it a LOT.

I walked up to the counter for a refund and the lady says I needed a receipt, blah, blah blah. I told here that I looked all over for it, the car, the house, blah, blah, blah. I thought it was pointless to argue so I just left and took a call from my sister. She was telling me about her day, blah, blah, blah....

You mean, if my project car doesn't sell for 25K, then I'm going to crush it and pocket the $45 the scrapper will give ne.

That kind of threat?

“Top of mind”
That one drives me f-n nuts!!!
I think she made that one up, probably a flub, then used it again repeatedly to cover her mistake.
Seems to be a lot of newly "made up" words and phrases lately. Maybe it's me but I don't recall many new terms being introduced during the 70's through the 20-teens.

One is a word, the other isn't.

Regardless.

Irrespective.

Those, are words. Irregardless is not.
Please google irregardless and read the different opinions. Irregardless is in a dictionary.
Miriam-Webster has it in their dictionary. It was first used in 1795. There are a few viewpoints on the word.
