What's that goin into?

Going in My 65 Coronet vert, complete restoration. From behind the front door and below the line (where the trim would be an a 500) was a complete amputation of the back section of a 4 door and implanted on my vert. trunk floor rearend, the whole 1 piece.

Thanks Much, they were costly but I like'em.

Hey Donny- This is how you get rid of rust!

Engine is looking great. I'm also going dual quad with mine, did almost the same thing to my Aussie valve covers... had them powdercoated wrinkle finish then sanded the fins. What carbs are you going to run?

I have a rebuilt set of tunnel ram old school carter AVS 500's, hope those will run ok. I will have to see. They are on now. See my avatar to the left.

If you have a large pic, I'd like to check it out. I had bought a Carter 525 cfm to run when I added a 4 barrel, but it wasn't enough carb for the motor. So I bought a matching Carter 625 and figured I would run the two carbs on a progressive linkage. But... a friend of mine who's been building hot rods and sand rails for years advised that I go with two 500 and run them full time, not progressive, so I won't lean out the front cylinders. Edelbrock had a 500 (1803) that is set up to run dual quads so I just bought a pair of those.

I have the TTI headers.. they used my car for the initial test fit so I got the first set. Awesome headers.
