I may be in the area for Saturday and thinking will have 3 - 5 hrs to walk around

I go almost every year since the '80's. We do the PIR portion on Thursday, it takes all day. The Expo on Friday and usually have enough time to go back to PIR. By Saturday, things get pretty well picked over.
