Is he a scammer.......doing the PM where they drop an email address to a WTB ad? About the only thing that's different from all the others is this guy signed up and posted in the Welcome Wagon 2 weeks ago but has no other posts nor did he post up any pics of any cars and just says he's from the U.S. Yeah, there's a few members that do not post their location but this guy looks suspect to me. His IP address points to Massachusetts. This is the PM that was sent to the person with the WTB ad.
