Power steering

I'm not an expert either, but I'm fairly knowledgeable on the stuff I have.

It looks like my winter work session may end here.
I don't see any point to adding anything else to the motor until I get thus figured out.
The pump is good, but needs cleaned and hasn't the proper plumbing. And it appears if thus pump will work it has the bracketry improperly installed.
This car was an original 318 car but now has a 440. I pretty much need to replicate a charger or GTX or Coronet r/t under the hood.

I have a new pressure hose at home it's a nice one. It might be like the one shown on the GTX by MarPar?
I'll check when I get home this evening, been a while since I've looked at it...
I wouldn't let the power steering hold you up too much, it can be done on the car pretty easily.

If you wish to sell it Is be interested.
The return hose I could jerry rig for now.
My goal for this winter was simple to get the car mobile. Pulling it with a 4 wheeler and chain is getting tiresome

Decided to take the pulley and brackets off to paint them.
Pulley is being stubborn.

If a guy is careful, is it acceptable to use a little heat?

I think the right puller is the 2 piece cup with the steel band that slips over it. I know when my alternator pulley came free it was with a lot of torque and a loud pop!

I know my killers probably a bit bigger than the required puller put it's what I have one hand.
I'll try wacking the bolt head.
Maybe if it sits for a few hours with tension and penetrant?
If I were to use heat it wouldn't be on the shaft

Are you going to reseal it (very easy and kit is inexpensive). If so I would not hesitate to put a little heat on it.
