Saw this notice on brewersperformance and though i'd post here since Dan Brewer is a member here.

We were scheduled to re-open on Jan 2nd, but unfortunately, we have suffered a tragedy in our family. Orders can still be placed online, and we will do our best to get them shipped in a timely manner with as minimal delay as possible. We will return emails with questions, or inquiries as time allows. Our phones will be off for a few more days, up to a week or so.If you are a person of faith, we covet your prayers and ask that you respect our privacy at this time. We are a small, close, family operated business, and would appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through the situation.We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause, but family comes first.Thank you.

Wow, guess it's wayne? He is a decent guy. We used to do business back in the 80s

There's VERY few businesses I unabashedly recommend to others in this life; I can count them on one hand.
Brewer's is one of them, hands down.
Dan, Wayne, Lisa are always so busy - yet so patient when I call with questions or to make an order.
Real salt of the earth types, not to mention friggin experts.
Prayers come easy for such folks, as their Facebook page asked for yesterday....so prayers continue
from here for the family.

@Dan Brewer

Prayers for them regardless of who is ill. I have met them all at car shows and they are the real deal. Always friendly and willing to help regardless of whether you have handfuls of their product or not. They are what a family owned business and top notch customer service is all about.

Best wishes & my condolences goes out to the Brewer's family

My prayers and best wishes to the Brewer family. I first met Wayne about 40 years ago when I swapped some '64 Dodge stuff with him. We were going to Disney World when our kids were little, with our '64 Polara. Wayne was living just outside of Dayton, Ohio, then, and we found his shop to make the parts trade. I stayed in touch with him over the years on our trips to Mopar Nationals and Chryslers at Carlisle. I actually bought a N.O.S. grill surround for my '67 R/T from Wayne about 1990 at the Mopar Nationals. Jim Kramer had his display right across the roadway from him and had the other side N.O.S. surround. I paid about $300.00 for the pair. Now they are about $2500.00 for the same thing. I always thought Wayne was a great guy, and he remembered me from one occasion to the next. Tragedy is always a serious word, but I pray that things work out O.K.

Wow, not knowing what happened, my heart goes out to them. I ordered a clutch alignment tool from them over the holiday when they were closed & I got notification from them today that it was shipped.

The Brewer Family is as good as it gets. I'm not sure about any details at this time, but my prayers are with all of them throughout this difficult time and if possible that hopefully it can get better in the near future.

Our prayers go out for the family. Never met them, but they were always great to do business with.

Prayers sent to their family. I dealt with them once and was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Condolences, thoughts, and prayers for the family.
