Can you please log out and then back in again.

If you have cleared all private conversations received and sent, there should be no issue.

Thanks Kiwi. Logged out deleted all my history on my Android.

Stayed logged out for a few hrs and tried again, same error message.

I'll try my computer tonight to see if it works or not, perhaps it's the phone but doubtful.

Ok, logged into my computer and there were conversations that I didn't see on my phone.

Then went back to my phone using the same steps as I did on the computer and then they all appeared.

Left some conversations and now the problem is solved
