PSA on a new enlarged prostate treatment Aquablation

That's interesting, I had a Turp procedure 1st of Nov.
My biopsy was negative but I needed some of the prostate cut out.
2 months later i am dealing with a little interior scar tissue that has to be removed.
That is coming up in a week.
The options I was offered was Lazer or Turp, never new about the water blaster lol.

My dad was told that a TURP surgery will last up to 15 years, the Rezum treatment is only good for four years.

My Dad had prostate cancer at 69 but he died from complications of atherosclerosis before it was addressed.

That was pretty close to the info I received on the Turp vs Green light lazer. The turp should be a one time deal at my age. I only wanted to do this once.
The interior scar tissue i have to deal with is not rare but does not happen to everyone.
