Every single stud on my quarter extensions snapped, looking for ideas on how to fix them.

I've never done it but you asked for suggestions. Have a machine shop cut them off and drill and tap for some new ones.

center punch and pilot hole........ there isn't enough surrounding material if you go in off center

Are the studs part of the casting?

as others have said. Drill out and install new studs. They could be lock tightened so they dont back off if you ever have to remove.

Here’s how I repaired my extensions today. Used a drill press to drill and tap for a 6/32” stud. A bit tricky getting the extension housing aligned under the drill press to ensure an accurate hole for the tap.
