Quarter Window Rollers

Does anyone know someone that sells the pivot roller for the quarter window (the one attach to the regulator) as well as the two small rollers on each the roller assemblies (the piece that is it own unit with the press-on roller? I haven't found them in a kit or individually sold..
One last thing I was installing the press-on roller to my roller assemblies and one press on good and was tight the other one was loose I could side it on and off by hand however the old one I removed was on tight . Has anyone else had this happen? Did I do something wrong? Is it ok to install?
Lastly who makes the BEST QUAILTY Kit?

Anyone have any tips and info on removing the 1/4 window regulator's so I can install the new roller kits? I forgot to mention my ride is a 1968 Dodge Charger.
