Questions about 1968 fuse panel mount

Hello,
I am restoring a 1968 GTX 440 bb, when I purchased it the fuse panel was hanging down behind the dashboard. Is there a mount I am missing or can someone send me a photo of how theirs is mounted ([email protected]). I have looked and looked and have not found any information on this.

Hello. I too have a 68 gtx. I think before I took my whole car apart 10 years ago that it was held in by 1 screw. There is a hole in the bottom of the dash towards the left of the glove box. I think the fuses point straight down. Once again this was 10 years ago and I did not return it to this spot because I put a radio in the glovebox. You should see the hole though that I am talking about.

Fuse block

I had the same problem with my '68 Charger. I think might have a pic where it goes in my shop manual, I can scan it and post it here. What I did with mine is since I do not use my glovebox, I use my center console and since it has no sidewalls inside, I mounted the fuse block to the floor of the glovebox with a wing nut and it makes it easy to get to and work on, just a thought.

Thank you everyone for replying, looks like I got it figured out. It is a lot easier than I was thinking is was.

I just picked up a 1972 Cuda too, I will have to update my profile with some pictures. Once again thanks for all three replies and photos.
