I have a 67 R/T grill emblem that is in perfect condition, save the paint...

This is for a driver, not a show car, and I am looking for either a source for someone that will repaint it for me reasonably (again, not a show car/ restoration, just a driver), or for info on the proper paint/color/procedure for doing it my self.

I have two NOS side emblems coming, so I can probably match the color to those, but not sure the best methods for painting or what paint to use myself. Not afraid to do it myself, but would pay someone a reasonable price to have it done, so I can work on other areas.

Im in Southern California, if theres someone local.

Thanks,
Ben

A few years ago I saw where someone was making vinyl decals that you could put in the painted areas on those emblems. I bet if you take the emblems to a local sign shop that cuts vinyl letters they could match the color and print them out already cut to fit.

Send it to Detmatt (FBBO Member)...He has the only Factory R/T paint templates left on this planet.....

Thanks guys, Im going to try model paint, worse case, I can strip it and redo it.. Ill let you know how it goes.
