Radiator Numbers

I have been running searches on here and have not been able to find what I am looking for. Even the Roseville site that was supposed to be a big help is no longer in operation. Anyway I got my radiator back yesterday from getting recored and while I was painting it started wondering about the numbers. I know the 28 is 68 but not sure about the rest.

2898069 is the part number. 1968 B body 26 " that was used for both auto and manual transmissions. The other number could be a vendor code, but I'm not sure.
