I'm looking for radio pigtail connectors for a 73 Roadrunner. I have an original radio I bought with a 3 wire connector to the speaker(s). I only have a dash speaker with a 2 wire T connector. I want to hook it up nice and neat. I just bought and had a new dash harness installed so I don't want to cut wires.

I was thinking of making a jumper connector with a 3 wire female connector connected to a 2 wire male terminal.

I just don't know where to find the original style connectors.

Thanks!

I take it the the radio has a black, green and purple? If so then its a stereo unit. You can remove the connector body on one side and just plug the 2 wire teriminals into the other connector. There is a little tab on the terminal that holds it into the body. Using a very small screw driver, push on the tab and pull the terminal out of the connector. No wire cutting and the body can always be re-installed.
