I'm going to go out on a limb by saying I think you mean "dropped" spindles. Magnum Force Mopar 2 inch dropped spindles for Dodge and Plymouth

I have never seen them available. Just crank up the torsion bars. (Take the weight off and lube the adjusting nuts. You won't like the ride or handling though.)

In the late 60's early 70's they had front lift kits for GM A bodies Chevelles. It looked like C with square corners. It went on upper ball joint and spindle. Never paid attention how it went together. Wonder whether you could adapt that to work? Systems for raising cars are more sophisticated now.
