i know this has been asked before but i couldn't find it. i have a '63 Belvedere and what i want to do is raise the front like they did in the s/s days. i know about turning the torsion bars but that just gives you negative camber with the rise. it looks to me like you have to change to a wider upper control arm also. does anybody make these? thanks in advance for any help.

I'm watching your thread because I have the same question. I like the front up a bit and when you raise it with the torsion bars it changes the toe in of the front tires. Hurst the drive and wears the tires. Who's got some wisdom on this.....?

I took mine to an alignment shop and told them to raise the front as far as it would go and still have caster, camber and toe in. ............................MO

Did that work? How much did they charge you?

Can't / shouldn't be done as your thinking, using T bars. Puts the suspension too far out of wack.

If you do a little research on the old S/S cars, most of them used a straight, or drop front axle, hung on leaf springs.

Lol. I was thinking AF/Xers.

The one thing you can do is change the upper control arm bushings to Moog offset bushings. That will get you a little bit of added rise and keep the camber OK. (These are typically used to get more caster...)

Look up tubular upper control arms as another way.
