What is the correct with of a 15 inch rally wheel? And what is this in the picture look at the outer rim no beauty ring or is this right?

Not sure what you have, is the valve stem attached to the trim ring or is that a custom rim chromed? The correct oe rallyes are 15x7 390s for the early 70s and the later 70s rallyes were 6 1/2". You can buy repros that are 15x7 and 15x8 etc. Not sure about the 14" oe rallyes but I think they're 14x6 1/2. The trim rings were shiny for 70 and brushed for 71 on e-bdies anyways.
