I don't know if this is an issue with all Rams in cold wet weather but with my 2017 Ram 2500 the squirters freeze up from snow settling down in the squirters or after a rain and the temps go below freezing. I tried all kinds of different fluids and it's the squirters. So long story short it's been snowing around here so the roads are a mess with salt and they froze up again making it a mess to see out the chalk white windshield. So a few days ago I tried using them after getting some engine heat to thaw then and nothing. I could hear the washer pump running every time but nothing came out. So the washer pump finally quit the other day so today I had a chance to check it out. Tried finding a fuse thinking it could have blown. No fuse. So I thought I fried the washer as this has been going on for over 7 years in winter. So I thought let me look online and see if there is any issues to resolve this after I replace the pump motor... So I read about how one guy says his motor stopped working and all he did was blow back through the line till he heard bubbles in the washer reservoir. So I went out after reading thinking what can it hurt, costs nothing and it's simple. Popped the hood open, saw the connector at the cowl, popped the hose off blew into it heard nothing then blew again and heard the bubbles in the tank. So I lowered the hood, hit the washer fluid then heard the pump instantly and it works fine again. So if you end up having this issue chances are this will work for you also...

RAM charges an arm and a leg for their 2500 series trucks and they don't come with heated windshield washer nozzles?

Sorry Brett, all I saw was trouble with squirters....and I lost what you were on about.

Seriously - have you tried the Wurth brand of windscreen fluid? I use it and it is awesome - no chemical reaction on paintwork, and it helps to keep the lines (tubes) clear and clean.
I got my buddy to get me a 5 litre (a bit more than a Gallon) bottle of it a while back. All the regular crapola like Bars Bugs is crammed with Chlorine and detergent which eventually corrode bodywork, and stain paints....also rust out the wiper arms.

Wurth fluid is orange in colour.

Picture below shows the retail 'one-shot' bottles that most Mechanics will sell you - but it is cheaper to buy the big bottle with a pump dispenser.

Two threads with one picture.... this is my big bottle....smaller capsule is to catch the drips from the pump.
