Re-centering power steering box

Can anyone help with the procedure for re-centering a power steering box?

Someone outlined the procedure here a while back but I don't remember the title. Basically you loosen the control valve cap screws and tap it back and forth. It will leak a bit while you do this. I believe you want the front wheels off the ground too.
