I don't have a B-Body, a Mopar, or any other classic car yet but I'm axious to learn all I can about as many cars as possible. My favorites are the 68/69 Charger/Daytona and 70 Roadrunner. Maybe one day!

In the same boat! Welcome to the team

Wise move. I was in the same position when I first got here before I bought my Road Runner. I have learned A LOT from this site if you can't tell by the links in my signature.

The way I figured it was that I'm so simple in the head that every time I was helped on here, people pretty much had to color things out with crayons for me. If I make it easy for others to share in my coloring books, I've at the very least made the wisdom that was so graciously passed on to me more easily available to others!

Really though, HUGE wealth of knowledge here. A big suggestion that I would make is to go through and start reading through people's restoration threads. There is such a massive amount of knowledge to digest in those alone that it'll keep you busy for a LONG time! Then I would gander at the build threads were people discuss their time winning combo's. When you do get one, I imagine one of the next questions will be how to make it go faster! lol.

It's a great idea FridayGT and i'm sure plenty of people have and will use it to their advantage. Thanks for listing them.

Mires; Welcome to FBBO forum, there are lots of great guys/gals here to help you along the way, be specific with your questions & describe things as much as possible, it will help to get more informative answers from all the knowledgeable members here on FBBO... Buy some books on the subject & do some research, it will pay off in knowledge of the product... When looking for a Mopar of any kind, 1st) the Fender Tag {driver side inner fender shelf}, 2nd) the VIN #'s {driver side dash, just behind the windshield} & 3rd) the Build Sheets {usually under rear seat or the back}, 4th) the radiator support will also have #'s on them & 5th) the trunk area around the drip rail will also have #'s on it, 6th) the engine & transmission ID #'s & casting #'s, they are all very important information to learn, know & have, if you plan on building Mopars in the future, They will tell you what you are actually buying, with little to NO IF's AND's OR BUT's, when ever looking at a car, write the #'s down, there are many people here, that can tell you what it actually is, or was originally built as, or you can research it on line in many places... Good luck with your search for a B-Body Mopar 68/69 Charger great choice, Daytona {good luck with that 1, you will need tons of cash, they are very rare & not very many made or ever come up for sale even} or the 70 Roadrunner is also a great choice... Have fun & Happy Moparing
