Rear Axle Relocation

The springs will not care if there's 2 pin holes. As far as strength goes.
That's my problem with determining whether to do something or not. I can always find an example for both sides of the argument. In my case, I ran across several threads where an extra hole was drilled and the leaf stack broke where the original hole was. That's why I thought I'd play it safe and research having the original hole location moved during the build. Does anyone know if that's a possible and if so any issues with doing that?

I would simply do what I did. Buy a pair of the correct for your weight superstock springs (shortest stiffest front segment) get the longer front hanger, and put the axle where you want it!
I would not mess around with moving the pin or custom ordering springs.
Besides, factory springs were available in 20,21,22, and 23"front segments. (And maybe others).

So basically longer front hanger and possibly shorter spring or longer shackle depending on the shackle angle and final push back distance desired. What I'm seeing is rear shackle should be angled 5 degrees towards rear. If I go with a longer shackle then I guess I lift the rear a tad. No easy way I guess.
