Rear door panels

Was trying to install my rear door panels on my 70 charger and there is a metal upper part that goes over it or under the panel thought someone on here might know

There is a thin channel that the top of the panel fits into,

.....then 2 or three push-pins to secure the panel to the body.

Thanks that really helps because it was off when I got the car
