rear lights work no front lights???

just installed new wiring harness in the front of my 1969 Plymouth GTX and have no lights running or headlights tested at the harness and lights come on when power is added, is there common problems with the bulk head connector? or am I possibly missing something?

Check for terminal pushed out at bulkhead connector.

Common ground for the harness up at the rad support?

1. yes, 2. doesn't appear so, 3.the two one on drivers side and one on passenger side
