rear quarter glass

does anyone have any experience with changing the rear quarter glass in a 1969 road runner post car? not the complete frame, just the glass itself. how does it get removed from the hinge?

What's holding it to the hinge? show us a pic. I have never had one out before but if I see a picture of it I may be able to come up with an idea of how it comes apart.
