I’m looking at adding a rear sway bar to my 70 RR. The question I have is do I need to change the front bar? I know with some Muscle Cars it needs to be a matched set is this the case with my car?
Is adding a rear bar worth it? I’m only going to drive the car on weekends a few times a year so I’m not 100% sure if Its something I want to do. I sure enjoy a nice handling car.

I am adding an Addco 7/8" bar to the rear and a 1 1/8" front bar on my 66' Satellite. Is it worth it? Well that depends on what you want, really. My car will keep the stock appearance with 14" wheels/hubcaps so for me it is worth it. I do not want an Autocross car just something that I can have fun with whether in the straights or corners.

The front end on my RR is all new and nice and stiff. I guess I’m looking to make the car a little more corner friendly.

You should always make the front bar stiffer than the rear. Therefore if you increase the rear (put one on when there wasn't one) you should increase the diameter of the front.
