Hi everyone what’s the correct color for the rear tail panel where the brake lights go in on a 69 charger is it flat or satin black ?

The correct COLOR is black, as I'm sure you know, and specifically, the paint was called Organisol. It's basically a flat, textured black paint. Here's some more info on Organisol if you'd like: https://moparconnectionmagazine.com/organosol-separating-truth-from-fiction/

If you read the area in the red box, you'll see that it says "Black Organisol." That is, EXCEPT for the St. Louis plant which, also in the red box, says they used Black Low Gloss Enamel.

Unless your car was built at the St. Louis plant, then it would have been sprayed with low gloss enamel. St. Louis stopped using Organisol after April 1968.
 
Did the front of the radiator surpport also use the organisol
