I found this on FB marketplace. Reasonable prices?

I would have put this under engine/transmission/etc. Not mine!
…………………..
Older rebuilt set of 440 906 heads with brass valve stem seals. Should be freshened up. $250

Also have 3 sets of rocker arms/shafts $100 each

And a set of 452 heads bare. $50

Cast iron RB 440 4 barrel $25

The prices someone ask and what they sell for differ in different areas of the country. Around here I can buy heads for $50 a pair, and engines for $150 complete, but I have a source.

Personally I would never pay $250 for a set of heads due to the overall cost of reconditioning them. Buy the 452 heads for $50 and then you can put a nice new set of valves.

If the intake part number ends in 178 the intake would be worth buying otherwise get an aluminum one.

Everything is subjective to your needs and the area you live in.
