Red Cap Battery

Guys,
Ordered a Model 27 red cap battery for my RR end of Jan ! Still waiting, no one has them. Does anyone REALLY knows what's going on ??
Ordered through Battery Central. Had a number of E mail conversations in the past months and recently Nothing. They pulled a shipping label 2 months ago but didn't ship anything.
Any info would be helpful.

Dont know but I did wait 6 months for a dash harness and finally canceled the order and got my money back. Crazy times.

I ordered the cap and decal kit to convert a modern battery.
I have good batteries in the cars and this seems like the path of least resistance after reading about issues getting the real thing.
