I found out real quick to make sure the cap is on tight and correct with the behind the license plate design ….especially when the tank is full.I wouldn't with my '69 GTX. But saying that? Fuel behind the license plate is a bonehead design? Yes, you gain some trunk space. And keep the body lines cleaner. But it causes leaking/venting issues over time? As well as a more dangerous placement for fire.
Did your fuel economy go down as you were laying a wet trail behind you? Lol. Been there. Done that.I found out real quick to make sure the cap is on tight and correct with the behind the license plate design ….especially when the tank is full.
Lol. You know itDid your fuel economy go down as you were laying a wet trail behind you? Lol. Been there. Done that.
Ok. It's a little bit of that. Lol.Are we just getting too old to bend down that far?
I resemble THAT remark…..lol but trueAre we just getting too old to bend down that far?
The trunk floor and the quarter panel will be replaced, and I will just buy a Charger trunk floor instead of a Coronet floor. The Charger floor uses a rubber piece screwed down to fill the void.I like that setup. Can you post pics on bottom so we can see how the tank goes through the truck pan. Looks like you cut out a big box. Is there a part to weld on to clean it up?
Really? How much is the car worth? All the parts were hand me downs from my Charger.Spent more on the mods than what the car’s worth !!
