Apologies in advance. I searched all threads. Do I attempt to prise out the center emblem, or turn horn ring. All original, shrunken plastic on upper wheel, but i don't want to damage.
Here is a 63 full horn ring. There are 2 screws that hold it on. Then you have to get the 3 mushroomed pieces off of the ring holding the emblem in. I gently drilled a hole in the center and the ring and emblem pop out. Just did this last week as I had a broken one with a nice emblem. Hope this helps.
Glad it worked out. Make sure to save all that oddball mounting hardware as it seems you can find a wheel and the horn ring but the stuff to put it all together is always missing.
