Apologies in advance. I searched all threads. Do I attempt to prise out the center emblem, or turn horn ring. All original, shrunken plastic on upper wheel, but i don't want to damage.

Far as I know, gently pry out emblem. Should work.

Should be able to turn the horn ring about an 1/8 of a turn counterclockwise. The emblem comes out from behind the ring, if I remember right.

Here is a 63 full horn ring. There are 2 screws that hold it on. Then you have to get the 3 mushroomed pieces off of the ring holding the emblem in. I gently drilled a hole in the center and the ring and emblem pop out. Just did this last week as I had a broken one with a nice emblem. Hope this helps.

2 screws it was! I replaced the shrunken original with an inexpensive, black, 14" wheel, Plymouth horn button. Thanks

Glad it worked out. Make sure to save all that oddball mounting hardware as it seems you can find a wheel and the horn ring but the stuff to put it all together is always missing.
